Leading New York-based fund administrator, EFSI, has added Romina Day Partners, an AI-native automation platform, to its partnership roster.
Romina Day Partners is an AI-native automation platform that enables financial institutions to deploy digital teams composed of specialized AI agents. The collaboration focuses on automating NAV and financial reporting workflows by deploying Romina Day’s Multi-Agent Team Engines (MATES) into EFSI’s existing operational and compliance infrastructure to streamline document collection, validation, and assembly.
EFSI Managing Partner, Anthony D. Mascia, said: “I’d like to welcome Romina Day Partners to EFSI’s partner ecosystem. Their solution solves a significant pain point for asset and investment managers across a wide range of strategies and asset classes, and I’m sure our clients will benefit enormously from this technology.”
“Our automation efforts eliminate manual components of the process — accelerating reporting cycles and improving accuracy,” said Conor Walsh, CEO and Founder of Romina Day. “The real power is enhancing auditability while maintaining full human review and decision authority at every step.”
Following the initial implementation, both firms intend to explore broader commercialization opportunities across EFSI’s network of fund managers and allocators.
