Through this partnership, EFSI and AngelList will work together to provide firms with fundraising software (data rooms, digital subscriptions), an investor portal platform for distributing documents and portfolio information, and a banking offering that allows firms to seamlessly open an account with a GSIB while providing direct access to money market funds.
